Foil Stamping Sample Packs – Blank Poker Chip Test Blanks

Sample packs of foil-ready blank poker chips for testing die impression depth, heat dwell times, and foil release before production runs. Multi-color sets of the 6-Spot, Dice, and Multi-Stripe styles in single-piece quantities.

[split]

Dial In Your Foil Press on Production Blanks

Foil stamping has more variables than most shops expect: die temperature, dwell time, platen pressure, and the release characteristics of the foil itself all interact with the substrate. Running those tests on the actual production blank — rather than a generic test material — tells you how the finished job will really behave. These sample packs are molded from the same high-density ABS composite as case-quantity stock, so they hold up under real stamping heat and tonnage without deforming.

Use them to benchmark thermal dwell ranges, verify impression depth and edge definition on your dies, and compare metallic versus matte foil release on the smooth flat centers of the 6-Spot, Classic Dice, and Multi-Stripe chips. The multi-color sets let you confirm that your foil choice reads well across every chip color you plan to run, since foil contrast shifts noticeably between dark and light substrates.

Once your parameters are locked, the same styles are available by the case in the hot-stamping blanks collection, so the settings you validate on samples transfer directly to the production run with no substrate change.

What the sample packs cover

Die and dwell testing: impression depth, heat dwell, and platen pressure on 11.5g composite blanks

Foil release: metallic vs. matte foil adhesion on smooth flat chip centers

Color contrast: multi-color sets to check foil readability across chip colors

Direct transfer: sample-tested settings carry over to case-quantity stock with no substrate change

Minimums: single-piece quantities; stocked for fast dispatch

One pack that covers every decoration method. This variety kit bundles commercial test blanks across our chip lineup so you can trial UV printing, foil stamping, sublimation transfers, and laser marking on real production substrates before investing in volume.

Included are representative blanks from the 6-spot, triple crown golf, ceramic-style, 6-stripe, 8-stripe, 12-stripe, multi-stripe, and dice lines.
