8-Stripe Blank Poker Chips – 11.5g, UV & Insert Ready

11.5g 8-stripe blank poker chips with a 31.75mm (1.25in) recessed center that supports two build paths: direct UV flatbed printing or laminated inserts. The eight-stripe edge is a clean, classic frame for logos, denominations, and branding.

Versatile 11.5g Blanks for UV Print or Insert Builds

Some shops print direct; others build with inserts. This style serves both without compromise. The recessed center provides a smooth bed for UV graphics and a cavity that seats laminated inlays flush with the rim, so the same blank SKU can cover whichever workflow a given order calls for.

At 31.75mm, the imprint area is generous for an 11.5g chip — enough room for detailed artwork while the eight edge stripes keep the classic casino look intact. The weighted composite core delivers the balanced heft that makes stacks and shuffles feel right.

Twelve colorways are stocked, molded to tight tolerances so chips register consistently in UV jigs and take inserts uniformly. That repeatability is what keeps both production paths efficient at volume.

Wholesale tiers bring per-chip cost down at volume, and stocking one dual-method blank instead of two single-method SKUs simplifies inventory. All twelve colorways ship from the Roswell, Georgia warehouse, so both production paths stay supplied from a single source.

Frequently asked questions

What makes the 8-Stripe blank different?

The 8-Stripe is the most versatile style in the lineup. The recessed center accepts laminated inserts that sit flush, and the same center is also UV-print ready, so one chip covers both production paths without switching substrates. It comes in twelve edge colors.

What size should my inserts be?

The recess measures 31.75 mm (1.25 in). Labels and vinyl decals cut to this diameter seat flush with the rim, avoiding the raised-edge look of surface stickers.

Is the chip heavy enough for a premium feel?

Yes. At 11.5 grams with an internal metal disc, it has the heft, stackability, and sound players expect from a casino-grade chip.

What are the minimums and how fast is shipping?

Minimum order is 100 chips with 100-piece increments, and volume pricing applies on case quantities. Orders ship quickly from Roswell, Georgia.
