Dual-Sided Magnetic Chips for Print and Display

The molded Triple Crown edge gives these chips a classic, textured casino look that works for promotions, event giveaways, and branded merchandise lines. The internal magnet is the functional core of the design: finished chips adhere to whiteboards, steel displays, magnetic menu boards, and tracking charts, which opens up display and organizational uses that standard chips cannot serve.

Each side is a distinct working surface. The magnet side presents a recessed center with the magnetic core exposed at the well. The reverse side is a smooth recessed center sized for a 27mm (1.06 in) imprint, ready for direct UV printing or for laminated inserts that sit flush with the rim. Both sides share the same 39mm diameter and 3.5mm thickness, so the chips nest and stack consistently.

A production note for UV shops: because the magnets are inserted with random polarities at the factory, you may need a magnetic jig to keep the chips from shifting or contacting the printhead, and in some setups that means two jigs with matched reverse polarities. Dial in the fixture before a full run and the chips print cleanly.
