Cancellation Policy

When You Can Cancel

You may cancel your order only before it enters processing or fulfillment. Because we process orders quickly, please send cancellation requests as soon as possible after ordering.

Orders Already in Motion

Once an order is being processed, fulfilled, or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Shipped orders are covered by our Returns Policy instead.

Custom & Bulk Orders

Custom, bulk, and special-request orders cannot be canceled once production, preparation, or inventory allocation has started. These orders are considered final at that point.

How to Request

To request a cancellation, contact us directly. Submitting a request doesn't guarantee it will be approved — if your order has already entered processing, it will be fulfilled as placed.
