Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in every order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

What's Eligible

We accept returns on products that are still unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Anything that has been opened, used, modified, or handled beyond a basic inspection doesn't qualify.

Poker Chip Returns

Our chips ship in protective shrink wrap. For a return to qualify, the shrink wrap must be completely intact — not removed, torn, or tampered with.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns and will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

Email us within 10 business days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. We can't accept returns sent without an approved RA number.

Return Window

Once you receive your RA number, ship the items back within 14 days. Returns that arrive after this window may be refused.

Return Shipping

You're responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance. We recommend a trackable, insured method — we're not liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection & Refund

Every return is inspected when it arrives. Items that meet the eligibility criteria will be refunded minus the 15% restocking fee. Items that don't qualify will be sent back to you at your expense.
