Frequently asked questions
What exactly comes in the solid-color sample pack?
One solid-color blank in every in-stock color. Each is an 11.5-gram insert-ready production blank.
How large is the imprint area on these chips?
The recessed well measures 36.58mm, about 1.44 inches, on a 39mm chip, which is one of the largest printable faces in the lineup. The sample pack is the best way to see how your artwork fills it.
Can I test my insert labels on the samples?
Yes. Size your laminated labels to the well and check that they seat flush with the rim and resist peeling before you order in bulk.
Is there a minimum order on the sample pack?
No, you can buy a single pack. Bulk solid-color chips have a 100-piece minimum.
